Programs with a solid link to environmental conservation and beautification that encourage young people to be stewards of the environment and help partnerships address ecological concerns. Organizations must have a credible record of success in environmental performance. 

ECONOMIC PROSPERITY AND CAPACITY

Programs that support economic development and enhance the quality of community life. Applicants must show how the program contributes to the social and economic development of the community. 

HEALTH AND RECREATION

Programs that support recreational and leisure opportunities and promote a healthy lifestyle, including community, youth, and adult organizations.
